Notes on warranty instructions:



1、 "Seven day package return and replacement Within seven days from the date of sale, if the product has quality problems when the user is using the product normally, the user can choose to return, replace or repair the product. When the user requests a return, the seller of Erying products shall be responsible for returning the product for the user and refunding the purchase price at that time.




2、 "Three year warranty" Within three years from the date of sale, if the user uses the product normally, if there is a quality problem and the product falls within the scope of normal warranty, the user shall provide a three-year warranty service.



3、 From the date of sale of "Lifelong Technical Guidance", you are a user of Erying. You can call Erying during working hours if you have any questions about the product. Erying will provide technical guidance for an unlimited period.




4、 If the following factors are judged by the Company, three guarantees will not be implemented.

  • Having passed the three guarantee period

  • Products with incomplete and torn "fragile warranty" stickers

  • Damage caused by use, maintenance and storage not in accordance with the product instructions

  • Products that have been disassembled, modified, repaired or attempted to be repaired by personnel without the authorization of Erying Company, such as loss and distortion of iron sheet baffle, removal of cooling fan or radiator, and residual soldering tin on PCB, etc

  • No valid San Bao certificate or unauthorized alteration of San Bao certificate

  • The product model and number on the San Bao certificate are inconsistent with the actual product

  • The check number of our product is torn or cannot be confirmed

  • Damaged products caused by accidents, misuse or any way, irresistible natural factors, are shown as: scratch on the product surface, burning of golden fingers, loss of electronic components, PCB deformation, collision scars, etc

  • Products damaged due to improper transportation, use and storage of users, such as damp corrosion, mechanical damage, etc

  • Use problems and failures caused by users' self installation of software and improper settings

  • Erying products are used for special test, resulting in abnormal or damaged products




5、 This product will no longer enjoy the warranty and service of Erying in case of the following circumstances

  • This product has been repaired, changed in specifications, replaced with parts or other unauthorized acts by FEIN

  • Product SN is unclear or disappeared

  • Detected as felin original SN barcode sticker




6、 Technical support and maintenance service

  • If the three guarantees are met, you can contact your dealer or send the product to the nearby repair point by yourself

  • For products with a free warranty of more than three years, our company will provide users with free maintenance services if it is found that simple components are damaged (such as small capacitors, resistors, crystals, etc.) during the inspection process; If the expensive components are damaged For example, the main chip, PC board, video storage particles, etc.), the company will first ask the customer to agree to pay for maintenance, and then charge a certain reasonable component cost for the product to repair the product; if the damaged components of the product have stopped production, and the market can not find the corresponding confidential information, the company will return the original damaged components to the user, and the processing time is within 30 working days

  • Under the condition that the three guarantees are met, the time limit for returning the repaired parts of our company to the agent is 4 working days after receiving the goods, excluding the product transportation time (holidays are not counted as working days). If the time limit is exceeded, we will replace the products for you

  • When returning defective products, dealers should use various packaging according to different locations. For customers who are far away, they should use honeycomb packaging to separate them one by one. Each piece of product must be marked with the cause of the defect. It should be packed in an electrostatic bag and attached with a detailed list of returned products. And must track the friend

  • The transportation of the products on the road until we confirm that the products received are correct. If the dealer fails to track the returned parts in time when sending them, which causes the returned goods to stay at the freight station for too long or to be lost, the dealer can be contacted, and the corresponding loss costs shall be borne by the shipper at that time




7、 Instructions for individual direct repair

  • The user shall bear the transportation cost for the products directly sent for repair

  • The user needs to properly handle the products sent for repair. We suggest to use a transportation company with standardized operation to avoid disputes such as cargo damage in the later period. The user shall bear the damage of the articles caused by the user's sending

  • The user needs to indicate the cause of the defect on the product so that our engineers can quickly troubleshoot the problem
